NOVA IPTV Premium is a software media player. We provide technology that allows you to organize and play streams from playlists you configure. We do not operate a content library, broadcast network, or streaming catalog.
References to "channels," "live TV," "movies," or "series" within the app describe features of the player interface, not content supplied by NOVA.
2.User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, credentials, and files you add to the Service. You must ensure that you have lawful rights to access and view any content streamed through your playlists.
Use of the Service to access copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable copyright and broadcasting laws.
3.Third-party sources
Streams may originate from servers operated by third parties, including IPTV providers, resellers, or other entities not affiliated with NOVA. We do not control, host, cache, or retransmit those streams.
Availability, quality, language, subtitles, and program information depend entirely on your chosen provider and network conditions. We make no representations regarding third-party content.
4.No endorsement
Listing a playlist type, integration method, or tutorial step does not constitute endorsement of any provider, website, or service mentioned. Examples in our documentation are illustrative only.
Authorized resellers are independent partners. Unless explicitly stated, reseller offerings are not guaranteed or warrantied by NOVA beyond the software license itself.
5.Copyright complaints
Because we do not host media content, copyright complaints relating to specific streams should be directed to the hosting provider or playlist source identified in the stream metadata when available.
If you believe our Service is being used to facilitate infringement, contact abuse@novaiptvpremium.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Description of the allegedly infringing activity and relevant URLs or identifiers.
- Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate.
We investigate abuse reports and may suspend accounts that violate our policies.
6.Parental controls
The app includes parental control features such as PIN locks and category restrictions. These tools help manage access within your household but do not filter or classify third-party content on your behalf.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Service and for selecting appropriate playlist sources.
7.Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH USER-PROVIDED PLAYLISTS, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM DEFAMATION, INACCURACY, OFFENSIVE MATERIAL, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT BY THIRD PARTIES.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with third-party content is to discontinue use of the relevant playlist and contact your provider.
