Terms of service

By accessing or using NOVA IPTV Premium, including our website, device activation portal, playlist management tools, and mobile or TV applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

NOVA IPTV Premium is a media player platform that allows you to connect compatible devices and configure third-party playlists using Xtream Codes or M3U formats. We provide software, device licensing, and related support tools.

We do not provide media content. All channels, movies, series, and streams accessible through the app originate from playlists supplied by you or an independent provider. We are not a broadcaster, content aggregator, or subscription television service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any content accessed through your playlists complies with applicable laws in your country or region.

Device activation requires a valid MAC address displayed in the app and may require a license purchased from us or an authorized reseller. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep device credentials confidential.

Each device must be registered individually. Sharing, reselling, or transferring licenses outside authorized reseller programs is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

We may refuse, suspend, or revoke activation for devices associated with fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to access pirated or unauthorized content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our applications.
• Circumvent licensing, activation, rate limits, or security controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated systems to scrape, probe, or overload our infrastructure without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or submit abusive content through support channels.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

"User Content" includes playlists, URLs, credentials, uploaded M3U files, device names, and any other data you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of User Content, but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

The Service, including software, branding, logos, documentation, and website design, is owned by NOVA or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on activated devices for personal or authorized commercial use.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.

Playlists may connect to third-party servers not controlled by NOVA. We do not endorse, monitor, or guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of third-party streams.

Your relationship with playlist providers is separate from your relationship with us. Disputes regarding content, billing, or service from a provider must be resolved directly with that provider.

Certain features require payment of license fees to NOVA or an authorized reseller. Prices, billing cycles, and payment methods are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in deactivation of affected devices.

Resellers set their own retail prices. We are not responsible for pricing or billing disputes between resellers and end customers except where we directly process payment.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, supported platforms, or API endpoints. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that adversely affect paid licenses.

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party networks, or factors outside our reasonable control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that playlists will function correctly, that streams will be error-free, or that the Service will meet your expectations. Playback depends on your device, network, and third-party sources.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE AFFECTED LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOVA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, including device activation, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NOVA IPTV Premium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
