Reseller agreement

This Reseller Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between NOVA IPTV Premium ("NOVA") and anyone who creates a reseller account ("Reseller"). Registration is open: you may create an account immediately without prior approval. By registering or using the reseller panel, Reseller accepts this Agreement.

A new account starts with zero credits. Reseller may sign in to the panel at once, but cannot activate devices until NOVA (the owner) adds credits manually. The purpose of this Agreement is to permit Reseller to activate devices for end customers using NOVA IPTV Premium, in compliance with these terms.

NOVA grants Reseller a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate devices using the reseller panel, up to the credit balance on the account. Reseller may not share login details or credits with other resellers without written approval.

Creating an account does not require a separate approval step. NOVA may still suspend or close an account at any time for breach, fraud, illegal activity, or reputational harm. An account with zero credits cannot activate devices.

Reseller agrees to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure.
• Sell licenses only for lawful use of the media player software.
• Clearly inform customers that NOVA does not supply media content.
• Not represent NOVA as a content provider or television broadcaster.
• Honor applicable consumer protection and refund laws in territories where Reseller operates.
• Provide first-line support to end customers for activation and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to NOVA support with sufficient diagnostic detail.

Reseller must not:

• Market or bundle NOVA licenses with pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content services.
• Use NOVA branding in a misleading, defamatory, or infringing manner.
• Share API keys, dashboard access, or activation tools with unauthorized parties.
• Activate devices for known abusers, fraudsters, or rights-infringement operations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, clone, or white-label the application without a separate written agreement.

Credits (activation points) are not sold automatically on this website. There is no online checkout, card payment, or in-panel purchase.

To obtain credits, Reseller contacts the owner via the Add credits page in the panel or support@novaiptvpremium.com. Wholesale price per credit and the payment method (for example bank transfer or another method agreed with the owner) are agreed at that time. After payment is confirmed, the owner adds credits manually in the admin panel.

Until a published price list exists, there is no fixed public rate. NOVA may change wholesale pricing for future credit top-ups with reasonable notice. Retail prices Reseller charges end customers are set by Reseller; NOVA is not a party to those sales.

One credit is consumed when a device is activated or a package that costs credits is applied. Unused credits do not expire and remain on the account until used, the account is closed, or they are removed for abuse or a lawful refund.

Reseller is the primary contact for end-customer billing and onboarding questions. NOVA provides reseller-priority support for platform issues, quota management, and escalated technical defects during business hours (support@novaiptvpremium.com).

Reseller must not guarantee response times or features beyond those published by NOVA.

NOVA retains all rights in the Service, trademarks, and documentation. Reseller receives no ownership interest. Marketing materials provided by NOVA may be used solely to promote authorized licenses and must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the Service.

Non-public information about wholesale pricing, roadmaps, security practices, or reseller tools is confidential. Reseller must protect such information and use it only for purposes of this Agreement.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use of reseller services. NOVA may suspend or close Reseller immediately for material breach or illegal activity.

Upon termination, Reseller must stop activating new devices. Existing end-customer licenses remain subject to NOVA's Terms of Service unless revoked for abuse. Unused credits are not refunded except where required by law or where the owner has agreed otherwise in writing.

NOVA's liability to Reseller is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service. Reseller indemnifies NOVA against claims arising from Reseller's marketing, customer representations, or unlawful conduct.

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict regarding reseller-specific matters, this Agreement controls.

NOVA may amend this Agreement by posting an updated version. Continued use of reseller tools after changes constitutes acceptance.
